Job size does not matter
Small Job: I have installed small security systems in establishments that only required a single door contact and a motion detector.
Large Job: I have also installed a similar system in a giant 312,770 square foot commercial building. That building was over 651 feet wide by 480 in depth and was over 35 feet tall.
I installed a full burglar alarm system in it protecting over 30 man-doors and 59 truck rollup doors, and installed their 32 surveillance cameras and 17 doors of card-access. I ran over 13 ½ miles of cable in that building, most of them were through the ceiling joists that were about 35 feet above the floor.
I installed those little commercial installations with only one door contact and a motion detector equally as I did that giant facility by installing the same makes and models of the door contact and alarm panel. I consider the “Little Guy” is just as important as the “Big Guy” when it comes to their protection.
